How is my seafood packaged for shipping?
All Sizzlefish orders are packed in a reusable insulated cooler with dry ice to ensure your seafood remains frozen solid until it reaches your doorstep.
When will my order arrive?
We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 24 to 48 hours depending on your location.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
No, you do not need to be home. Our packaging is designed to keep the seafood frozen for several hours after delivery; however, we recommend transferring items to your freezer as soon as possible.

What is your return policy for perishable goods?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact our support team within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
How should I thaw my fish for the best results?
For the best quality, we recommend thawing your fish overnight in the refrigerator. For faster thawing, place the vacuum-sealed package in a bowl of cool water for 20-30 minutes.
